About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Pool Receptionist at Park MGM is to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties. All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
  • Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
  • Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
  • Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs
  • Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
  • Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
  • Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
