About The Position

As a Parking Ambassador at Park MGM, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, creating a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. By greeting guests with a friendly smile, assisting with directions or valet needs, and ensuring fast, efficient service, you’ll help set the tone for the luxury and excitement they can expect throughout their stay.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Guest Service Experience preferred
• Previous experience working in a resort setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome all arriving guests at the parking entrance, delivering courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet services.
• Navigate a fast-paced environment by following established procedures and exercising sound judgment to manage traffic flow and prevent congestion.
• Act as a property ambassador by being well-versed in hotel amenities and offerings, as well as knowledgeable about local attractions, events, and activities to accurately assist guest inquiries.
• Address and resolve guest concerns within assigned authority, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
• Promptly report any suspected thefts or missing items to supervisory staff and hotel security for proper investigation.
