About The Position

Under the direction and supervision of the Member Services Supervisor, the Gate Attendant welcomes members and participants into the facility.

Requirements

• Must be at least 14 years old
• Basic computer data entry skills required
• Communication skills required, including ability to greet guests, answer telephone calls and answer questions/ communicate YMCA programs and activities to guests
• Ability to obtain and maintain certifications in Child Abuse Prevention, Safety and Risk Management, and New Employee Orientation

Nice To Haves

• customer service experience is preferred
