The Pool Food Runner plays a key role in ensuring guests receive their food and beverage orders promptly and accurately while maintaining the highest level of service and attention to detail for those enjoying our pool amenity. Season Position - April - October but is subject to change

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, guest-focused, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry trays for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a luxury resort, exclusive club, or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen or bar to guests at their designated pool chairs, daybeds, or tables in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify orders against the original ticket to ensure accuracy and quality before delivering to the guest.
• Assist pool servers with service needs, including clearing tables, replenishing water, and restocking service areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, helping maintain a comfortable and enjoyable poolside experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool service areas, including trays, glassware, and dish pick-up.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and pool service staff to ensure smooth order flow and timing.
• Assist with setting up, breaking down, and resetting pool service stations and seating areas.
• Support the pool service team during peak periods or special events.
