About The Position

What You’ll Do: Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude as they arrive at the pool Monitor access to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment Check bags and coolers for prohibited items Assist with cabana reservations and guest check-ins Help maintain an organized, clean, and secure pool area What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in customer service, events, or security preferred Strong attention to detail and professionalism Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Ability to work weekends and holidays throughout the season (May–September) A team player who enjoys engaging with guests and creating positive experiences Why Join Us? Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, events, or security preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays throughout the season (May–September)
  • A team player who enjoys engaging with guests and creating positive experiences
