About The Position

The PoolCook/Grill Attentant is responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and service timelines. This role plays a critical part in delivering consistent, memorable dining experiences across all outlets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or cooking is a plus, but not required.
• Must have a passion for customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, especially during peak summer months.
• Ability to follow food safety guidelines and work in a safe, hygienic manner.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in hot, sunny conditions.
• Strong communication skills, and ability to interact with guests and team members.
• Flexibility with hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grill Attendant: Prepare and cook a variety of food items (burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, etc.) on the grill at the poolside.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill and surrounding food prep area.
• Ensure food is cooked to order, following all safety and health standards.
• Assist with prepping food, replenishing supplies, and organizing the kitchen area.
• Provide excellent customer service to poolside guests, taking food orders and serving them in a friendly and timely manner.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food storage, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
• Assist in cleaning duties, including washing utensils and equipment, wiping down counters, and disposing of waste.
