About The Position

We are seeking hardworking General Laborers to assist with the construction of new pools in the Shreveport area. This role involves heavy physical labor and requires individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a drug screen (DS) and criminal background check (CB)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods
• Dependable and hardworking with a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of pool construction, including digging, setting forms, pouring concrete, and installing materials
• Load, unload, and carry heavy materials and equipment
• Perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
