About The Position

Commercial Construction Superintendent Location: Charleston, SC (In-Office, Local Candidates Only) Salary: $50k+, Based on Experience Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM with an occasional weekend Do you love seeing a project go from blueprints to “wow”? From organizing crews to working with subcontractors and General Contractors, you’ll make sure our high-end pool projects are built safely, on time, and with the kind of quality people remember. What You’ll Do As Superintendent, you’ll be the on-site coach, organizer, and problem-solver:

Requirements

• Experience leading commercial construction projects (pool or specialty trade experience is a plus).
• A natural leader who can inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• A communicator who keeps clients, crews, and GCs in the loop.
• Organized, detail-focused, and ready to juggle moving parts.
• Tech-friendly—comfortable with scheduling tools and project reporting apps.

Nice To Haves

• pool or specialty trade experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the Crew – Direct crew leaders and subcontractors, set the pace, and keep everyone accountable.
• Keep Clients Smiling – Introduce yourself and the crew, give updates, and make sure clients know they’re in good hands.
• Plan & Execute – Organize daily and weekly tasks, manage schedules, and keep the job running smoothly.
• Watch the Details – Inspect quality, enforce safety, and make sure every detail meets our high standards.
• Collaborate & Communicate – Work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager, attend GC meetings, and keep reports up to date with app-based tools.
• Solve Problems Fast – Spot risks before they become issues and tackle challenges head-on.
