About The Position

We’re a Texas-based general contractor specializing in ground-up commercial construction — from retail stores to convenience stores and restaurants. As a three-time Inc. 5000 honoree, we’ve built our reputation on speed, quality, and strong partnerships. We're now looking for a Superintendent to lead site operations across Texas and help drive our next phase of growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects (e.g., retail, QSR, C-stores, restaurants)
• Procore, Microsoft Project, and blueprint reading proficiency
• OSHA 30 certification (required)
• High school diploma required; college preferred
• Willing to travel within Texas
• Comfortable leading field teams and doing hands-on work if needed

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for retail, restaurant, and other commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure quality and timeliness
• Lead job site safety, subcontractor meetings, and project documentation
• Maintain 3-week lookahead schedules using Microsoft Project
• Resolve field-level issues and collaborate with PMs and leadership
• Use Procore to manage daily logs, punch lists, and progress tracking
