Responsibilities
Take order and serve alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages to patrons in the table games, slot area, lounge, restaurant, & pool areas.
Collect money from customers for drinks served.
Clean service stations and stocks supplies, coffee filters and glasses.
Maintain table games slot area and lounge by removing glasses, paper scraps, cleaning ashtrays and tables.
Responsible to meet: Health and Safety Regulations, company guidelines, service standards, labor standards, and product quality within all areas of the beverage department.
Other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
Recognize Platinum players and relay that information on to other team members.
Listen and pay attention to what is being communicated both verbally and non-verbally.
Go the extra mile with a smile for guests who have special requests or needs.
Friendly, helpful, and professional when interacting with guests and team members.
Maintain a happy cheerful attitude with guests and team members during stressful periods of peak business.
