Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
- Pharmacist License/Registration - Issued by Florida or Compact State
- Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required.
