About the role The Manager will be based at the Pool. They will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet. The Pool Manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service.

Requirements

  • strong Food and Beverage experience
  • thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting
  • one to two years of previous employment in a related position

  • A college degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • responsible for the hiring, training, supervising and disciplining of the staff
  • responsible for providing help in other F&B departments or outlets as needed to offer supervision and coverage
