Solé Miami is an independent boutique, one of a kind, newly-renovated Miami beachfront hotel. A day in the life... As a Pool & Beach Manager, you will support the beach team in assisting guests with their service needs at the pool and beach to include chair, towel and umbrella service. To be successful in the Beach Manager position, you... Oversees the daily operation of the Resort pool and recreation experience. Assures a high standard of appearance, hospitality and the service of all staff. Ensures cleanliness and appearance of the pool and beach areas. Supervises and trains all pool and beach staff. Communicate with guests on a consistent basis to gain feedback and look for ways to improve the guest experience. Ensures beach towel inventory is maintained. Maximizes Food & Beverage revenues and service at the beach. Maintains excellent relationship with Parque Towers & St. Tropez management and owners. Maintains excellent relationship with Florida Ocean Club for the use of their beach. Delivers guest centric programs at the beach. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Must have the ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift for up to 8 hours.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.
