Pool Bartender Job Type Full-time, Part-time Sunset, SC Job Description: Continuously upholds The Reserve at Lake Keowee’s mission, values, and service expectations in everyday work performance. Essential Job Functions: Bartenders must be at least 21 years of age Preference for those with a minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience in a full-service environment. Requirements

Bartenders must be at least 21 years of age
Preference for those with a minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience in a full-service environment.
Bartenders must have high energy and be enthusiastic
Working knowledge of standard drink recipes
Working knowledge of bar equipment
Ability to stand for long periods
Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
Individual responsibility, self-management, integrity, time management, and sense of urgency.
Understanding social, organizational, and technological systems.
Ability to follow oral and written directions.
Must obtain specific knowledge of Jonas.
Must pass all regular testing on Food & Beverages.
Must know all table numbers and seat numbers.
21 yrs or older
Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length.
Bartending 1 year (preferred)
Restaurant 1 year
Must have dependable transportation.
Server must be at least 21 years of age.
Background check screening required
