About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Pool Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve beverages to guests in a fast-paced, outdoor pool environment while delivering exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives in a social setting, maintains a positive attitude, and ensures guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred (poolside or high-volume environment a plus)
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and drink preparation techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays including Memorial Day, Labor Day & July 4th

Nice To Haves

• TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol safety certification
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Provide friendly, attentive service to poolside guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate register
• Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible drinking
• Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
