About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Seasonal Pool Bartender who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Pool Bartender will be a member of a dynamic team who provides service and support to our hotel guests and residents. The duration of employment for this position will be from approximately May 11, 2026 - September 13, 2026, in order to support our Pool Operations during peak season. This position reports to the In-Room Dining Manager. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Offer friendly and prompt service to our guests
• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the food server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.
• Maintain an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments.
• Assistance with preparation and distribution of hourly pool amenities when needed
