About The Position

W e are looking to add a Pool Bartenders to our team. The Pool Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service in a lively, outdoor resort environment. This role focuses on creating a welcoming relaxed, and full guest experience by preparing a serving high-quality cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and fun food fare pool side. The ideal candidate is friendly energetic and passionate about hospitality with the ability to work in a fast-paced guest-focused, setting. Candidates will have Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to high-volume service during resort hours

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Hospitality or related industry experience
• Previous Hi-Volume Bartending Experience
• Standing for 8-10 hour shifts
• Working Outside in the heat
• Pulling, pushing, carrying boxes up to 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Complete orders for beverages and supplies
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display
• Maintain a clean and neat work area
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• Wash bar glasses/dishes
• Checks ID for all guests and complies with state and federal laws
• Demonstrates effective sales techniques to up sell food and beverage products
• Responds to questions and special requests
• Provides information and directions
• Other reasonable duties as assigned
