Requirements

  • Must have the ability to communicate in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Can communicate well with guests.
  • Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
  • Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the pool and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
  • Assist guests with lounge chairs, umbrellas, beds, and/or cabanas around pool
  • Set up and breakdown pool deck chairs and umbrellas or pool equipment daily
  • Properly store equipment when not in use
  • Fold towels in morning and set up towel/water station
  • Responsible for general cleanliness and upkeep of the pool area
