About The Position

At Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, the Pool Attendant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, well‑maintained, and relaxing poolside environment. This position ensures guests receive warm, attentive service while maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the Rooftop & Pool area.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three months to one year of experience in a similar role within Four Seasons or another hospitality organization.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
A service‑oriented approach and strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival, provide an overview of pool services, offer fresh towels, escort guests to seating, assist with umbrellas, and present the pool menu.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck by continuously wiping surfaces, mopping wet areas, removing used towels, and transporting linens to and from Laundry.
Ensure adequate levels of guest supplies, including linens and amenities, and maintain neat and appealing presentation throughout the pool area.
Complete daily opening and closing checklists, ensuring all pool areas are clean, stocked, and guest‑ready.
Uphold Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards of Conduct and collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Assist with beverage refills during high‑volume times and support overall guest satisfaction.
