Requirements
- A friendly, attentive, and guest-focused professional.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to perform duties, including standing, walking, and lifting when needed.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in hospitality or pool service is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting pool area for guests at all times.
- Monitor pool activity to ensure guest safety and enforce pool rules.
- Assist guests with towels, lounge chairs, and poolside requests.
- Set up and replenish poolside amenities and supplies.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for all guests.
