About The Position

Schedule : Schedule varies, 40 hours/week Duties and Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Ensure that the pool and amenity areas are set up to company and property standards, on a daily basis. Be proactive in the ongoing enhancement of the facilities Welcome and greet residents and their Assist them with lounge covers, towels and umbrellas etc. Maintain a guest (resident) Ensure proper use of amenities such as water, cold towels, ice buckets, sunscreen and so Monitor compliance of Association Rules and Regulations Report any malfunction or needed maintenance immediately to Supervisor Work with Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining all equipment Remove dirty towels and trash Wash and replenish towels daily Take orders from residents and guests as requested Maintain and organize the pool area including the furniture and Complete daily check list Work Environment The position will be outdoors, located in a beach and pool environment with moderate noise level. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. This position will require long periods of standing and walking, as well as working outdoors. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours will be determined by the property. The schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property. Required Education and Experience Prior experience in a related position; experience at a luxury property or hotel is strongly High School Diploma or Equivalent The ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced Must be able to work well in a collaborative environment with various team members in other departments.
