About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and service-oriented Pool Attendants to join our dynamic team. Weekend availability a must! Pool Attendants play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional poolside experience by maintaining a clean and inviting pool area, assisting guests with seating and amenities, and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, pool service, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements around the pool area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool decks, lounge chairs, and cabanas.
• Provide towels, water, and other poolside amenities to guests.
• Ensure compliance with pool safety guidelines and resort policies.
• Monitor poolside activity and address guest requests or concerns in a timely manner.
• Uphold Marriott Resort’s service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Support pool operations by replenishing supplies and setting up for daily service.
