Requirements

• The Pool Attendant is responsible for managing access to the pool facility by verifying member and guest entry while providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
• This role ensures that only authorized individuals access the pool area, while delivering a high level of hospitality and service that reflects the standards of the club.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival
• Verify member access using club numbers or membership system
• Check in and track guests in accordance with club policies
• Ensure only authorized members and guests enter the pool facility
• Maintain accurate records of daily attendance and guest usage
• Communicate club policies and pool rules clearly and courteously
• Answer questions and provide general information about the pool and club amenities
• Monitor entry area for organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Address concerns or issues calmly and escalate to management when appropriate
• Support overall pool operations by maintaining a positive and welcoming environment
