Join the team at The Crossings as a Pool Attendant for the 2026 summer season. In this role, you will greet residents, maintain safety and cleanliness in the pool area, monitor equipment, and support a positive experience for all. This is a seasonal position with shifts between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, averaging 14–20 hours per week on various days. Weekend and holiday availability required Starting Rate: $12.00/hour.

Requirements

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays; required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous pool attendant or lifeguard experience; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the pool.
• Greeting residents and checking them in and out of the pool area.
• Conducting light maintenance on the pool such as vacuuming/brushing pool bottoms, emptying skimmer baskets, and backwashing pool filters.
• Ensuring that the pool area is neat and clean every day by putting umbrellas up/down, straightening chairs and tables, cleaning tabletops, and sweeping the pool deck.
• Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with residents.
• Providing an optimal level of customer service to all residents.
• Completing incident reports for management and keeping an incident log for reference.
