About The Position

The Department of Political Science and International Studies at The University of Tampa invites applications for part-time instructors to teach courses in the Political Science discipline. Applications for part-time positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed by the department when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis which may include fall, spring and summer. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Political Science (or closely related discipline) required; Doctorate preferred.
  • College level teaching experience; experience teaching Political Science classes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create syllabus and other course related materials.
  • Teach course(s) according to departmental guidelines.
