About The Position

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Polishers to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Polisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of guests through exceptional standards of cleanliness, both in the kitchen and with food and beverage serving equipment. Requirements

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds, placing items above and below head height
Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
Exposed to variable temperatures
Available nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive, professional demeanor with a collaborative spirit
Ability to work with care and efficiency in a fast-paced setting
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistency

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a fine dining environment or related support role preferred

Responsibilities

Polish and inspect all glassware, silverware, and serviceware to ensure they are spotless and pristine
Organize and stock polished items for service, ensuring easy access for front-of-house team members
Handle delicate items with care, maintaining the integrity and quality of fine dining equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations and storage areas
Support service setup by preparing mise en place for the dining room
Assist with inventory and restocking of linens, serviceware, and equipment as needed
Communicate respectfully and effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
