This is the setting for Keswick Hall, an impressive 80-room luxury boutique hotel nestled on 600 acres which recently re-opened in 2021 after renovations. Home to the prestigious Keswick Golf Club, Marigold Restaurant, by Jean-Georges, a new luxury spa and sports and aquatics center.

The Polisher plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in delivering an exceptional fine dining experience. This position is responsible for ensuring all glassware, flatware, and service pieces are meticulously cleaned, polished, and presentation-ready in accordance with Marigold by Jean-Georges standards. Precision, attention to detail, and pride in excellence are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fine dining or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Polish and inspect all glassware, silverware, and service items to ensure spotless presentation.
• Maintain proper handling and storage procedures for delicate and high-end service ware.
• Support front-of-house team with timely replenishment of polished items.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of dish and storage areas.
• Identify and remove damaged or flawed items from service circulation.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
