About The Position

As a member of the polish team, an individual is tasked with performing polish work on exterior vehicle parts or components, as well as complete finished vehicles. Essential Job Functions: Inspect vehicle or parts after painting and able to spot defects such as dirt nibs, runs and fisheyes or craters. Sand down defects using proper tools and sandpaper to remove the defects and polishing those areas back to proper standards using polisher and do so without burning through the paint. Reinspect vehicles or parts to ensure no defects or scratches or blemishes remain.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license
• Experience working in automotive polishing
• Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and execution of required tasks
• High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to assist peers, teach and help out as well as exude flexibility
