About The Position

Essential Job Functions Follows procedures to process transactions by corresponding with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments regarding policies Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of any policy worked Ensure transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately and in a timeframe considered suitable by client guidelines Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests that have been reviewed Perform other related duties as assigned or required daily Must provide an elite customer service experience via letters or phone calls made internally or externally (not a call center environment) Research customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients in accordance with established service level agreements Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts to verify up to date and accurate information Interfaces with team personnel, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues Reviews client reports on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity; prepares and submits report to management Reviews and recommends modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions Monitors daily transactions to ensure policy and procedures are in accordance with service level agreement

Requirements

  • High School Diploma completed
  • 2+ years of relevant Life and Annuity insurance policy experience are mandatory
  • Business and analytical critical thinking skills are required
  • Great communication skills and exceptional typing and documenting skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Microsoft Office and MS Teams work experience
  • Inbound/outbound customer service experience is required
  • Great ability to multitask between client´s applications and DXC systems
