DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and handle emergency telephone calls from governmental and public safety agencies, Resource Protection personnel, BNSF employees and the general public. Perform a primary contact function and serve as an information source for Resource Protection as well as other BNSF departments. Provide pertinent contact services for BNSF customers. Coordinate Response to emergencies. Monitor physical access to the Network Operations Center and other facilities at corporate headquarters. Monitor various environmental and fire alarm systems. Provide accurate, detailed reports and testimony when required. Perform other duties as assigned. SHIFTS/HOURS: Operations are 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. 12-hour shifts (3 on and 3 off). Hours: 6a-6p and 6p-6a with rotating shifts every 3 months. Also, subject to call.
