Responsibilities: The Polestar Specialist will work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. The Space team constitutes Polestar's front line and are our brand advocates, supporting our mission by creating memorable experiences for our Space visitors. As a Polestar Specialist, you will make sure the visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space. You will provide a tailored experience based upon the guest' specific interest and agenda. You will educate and inspire guests by answering their questions. You will turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and all the services Polestar Princeton has to offer. You will build and maintain a long-term relationship with customers. You will schedule test drives and follow up with customers by walking them through the purchasing process. Requirements

Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers.
Make sure the visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space.
Provide a tailored experience based upon the guest' specific interest and agenda.
Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions.
Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and all the services Polestar Princeton has to offer.
Build and maintain a long-term relationship with customers.
Schedule test drives and follow up with customers by walking them through the purchasing process.
