Poker Tournament Registration Clerk - MGM National Harbor
About The Position
As a Poker Tournament Registration Clerk, you will be responsible for registering players for poker tournaments and collect entry fees and registration fees. You are also responsible for issuing seat assignments for major poker events. You will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by providing exceptional service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE: Wednesday, February 11, 2026 - Monday, February 23, 2026
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of Poker experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the tournament area
- Accept registration and entry fees for tournament players
- Answer questions for guests
- Develop customer relations and facilitating usage of the one club card
- Responsible for transferring entry and registration fees to casino cage for accounting
