About The Position

As a Poker Tournament Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of players and guests as necessary. You will be the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services. You will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by providing exceptional service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of prior relevant experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned operational functions of the Poker Tournament consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long-term profitability objectives.
• Facilitate and operates daily poker tournaments, greet players, and maintain the Poker games seating list.
• Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
