As our POS Products Lead, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes director ensuring every concession sale, ticket purchase, and loyalty scan performs flawlessly across Regal’s global network. You’ll manage and optimize the Vista Cinema point-of-sale ecosystem, shaping the technology that keeps our operations rolling and our guests smiling. From configuration to innovation, your role is the bridge between technology, operations, and the ultimate moviegoing experience. You’ll collaborate with internal tech teams, finance, and operations—plus our partners at Vista Group—to keep the show running smoothly. Whether it’s introducing new features, streamlining performance, or fixing a last-minute production bug before opening night, you’ll be a key player in delivering seamless cinematic experiences to millions. Requirements

  • 5+ years of advanced Vista Cinema configuration experience, including Lumos and Horizon.
  • Strong understanding of cinema operations, especially food, beverage, and loyalty systems.
  • Skilled in SQL and confident pulling data directly from SQL Server.
  • Organized multitasker with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration, upgrades, and integrations of our Vista Cinema POS systems across hundreds of locations.
  • Partner with Operations, Technology, and Finance to turn business needs into effective POS solutions for web, kiosk, and mobile.
  • Own and manage the POS product roadmap, balancing innovation with stability.
  • Collaborate with Vista Group and internal teams to test, validate, and roll out new functionality and system enhancements.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for Vista Cinema applications, including POS, Kiosk, Loyalty, and Horizon—helping teams deliver flawless performance every time.
