About The Position
Concentra, one of the largest health care companies in the nation, is seeking a Podiatrist (DPM) to work on-site as a 1099 independent contractor. This contract position is designed to complement an existing private practice, typically involving a 4-hour shift on a weekly or biweekly basis. Concentra Advanced Specialists manage medically complex patients, aiming to expedite their return to work and functional restoration. The Podiatrist will collaborate with medical and therapy providers to offer both non-surgical and surgical specialist services for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries. Additionally, the role involves communicating with employers and actively participating in case management, providing treatments that significantly impact patients' lives.
Requirements
- Licensure requirements of the state of practice
- Graduate of accredited DPM program of accredited university
- Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility through ABPM
- Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site

- Preferred experience in treating patients with work related injuries
