About The Position
Work with hosts to develop podcast episodes Research episodes, find guests, and conduct pre-interviews as needed Edit audio/music files in Adobe Audition or other editing software Mixdown audio to mp3 and upload to Megaphone Assist host with creating and posting promotional content to social media Find or create artwork to go with individual episodes Write episode descriptions Track analytics and work to develop audience engagement
Requirements
- Knowledgeable of audio editing processes and software
- Working knowledge of CMSs, such as Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.
- Understand podcasting and podcast culture
- Good interpersonal skills and desire to collaborate
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interview anyone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
