The POA & Utilities Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate management of utility services for our rental properties. From ensuring utility accounts are set up, transferred, and maintained accurately and efficiently for both new and existing tenants. This team member will also be the liaison between our tenants and the POA management team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with multiple systems and vendors. This position supports both property operations and the resident experience.
