Position Description ENSCO is seeking a PNT Software Engineer, this position provides support to the Precision Navigation and Timing Program Program Office specifically in support of the Global Positioning System (GPS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science or Science
• 9 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience with designing and developing software
• Experience with C , C++ or C# and Python
• Experience with code configuration management and control tools/processes
• Demonstrated understanding of Engineering practices, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance for which you must be a U.S. Citizen
• U.S. Citizenship Required: Yes
• Security Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain

Nice To Haves

• Current active Top Secret Clearance
• GPS experience
• Experience with MS Visual Studio C++, C#, Python, MatLab
• Experience and familiarity working with DoD organizations

Responsibilities

• Create software analysis tools to enable the GPS team to verify requirements in support of GPS enterprise testing.
• Support design and architecture of software to assist the team in understanding large/complex data sets.
• Understand and analyze large data sets to compile meaningful results.
• Analyze GPS capabilities, including technical requirements, implementation plans, technical impacts of changes, and risks to success.
• Produce and contribute to reports that provide recommendations for fixes to issues and ways forward on technical challenges.
