We are currently seeking a PMO Coordinator to join our Irvine team, supporting a growing portfolio of office, industrial, advanced manufacturing, and defense technology projects. The Role As PMO Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone the entire project team counts on. You will keep data clean, reports on schedule, documents organized, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks across a complex, fast-moving portfolio. This is a role where your contributions are visible and valued every single day, with direct support of senior PMs and client-facing reporting.
