About The Position

You will take ownership of demanding project management assignments within the automotive industry. Your responsibilities will span diverse areas, with the specific tasks depending on client needs and your individual strengths. They will include some of the following but not all within the same project: Design, execute and manage strategic projects across all phases, from analysis to concept development to implementation. You will be responsible for building, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on project plans. Support project teams with an understanding of activities across multiple workstreams in a program. Design, implement, and maintain systems used to collect and analyze business intelligence data. Create dashboards, databases, and platforms that allow for efficient collection and evaluation of BI data and to show the business performance to management. Specify, design, build, and support data warehousing and BI solutions. You support the implementation of AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs, enhancing project efficiency, data transparency, and decision-making in complex environments. Own the design and development of automated solutions for recurring reporting and in-depth analysis. Build various data visualizations to tell the story of trends, patterns, and outliers. Prepare and execute decision-making meetings with top management as well as active stakeholder management. Provide updates to customers, business, and staff on a timely basis for projects and tasks. You will be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues for all project-related issues. Requirements

Successfully completed master's degree, ideally in Economics or Engineering.
2+ years of experience in consulting/project management.
2+ years of experience using data analytics tools such as Microsoft PowerBi, or similar platforms.
1-2 years of demonstrated experience with data visualization tools to build and design dashboards.
Precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well spoken with powerful presentation skills.
Detail oriented, structured and have common sense.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, while prioritizing team interests.
Think 'out of the box' to create solutions when none exist.
Agile mindset, not afraid of diving into uncharted waters.
Strong conflict resolution skills to manage, mitigate, and resolve conflicts.
Solid English skills, German and/or Spanish is a plus.
Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 100% of your working time), typically Monday through Friday, depending on client and project needs.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
