About The Position

The PMO Analyst primarily assists in the ownership of the configuration, maintenance and amendment of sales order projects in the groups project management system. The PMO Analyst is integral to the PMO Support Team, and required to diligently perform project administration, ensuring that the group can accurately and consistently track project revenue and profitability. Requirements

  • Microsoft Word; Excel; Visio skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attentive with various systems.
  • Knowledge of our Quality Management System and its application to tasks associated with this role

Responsibilities

  • Review / Approve assigned workstream booking forms and manage the submission planner ensuring the process is being adhered to by all users.
  • Project system help desk SME for resolving user queries.
  • Creation & configuration of internal projects aligned to user request and to business standards.
  • Review system project stages on an ongoing basis ensuring all areas of the project record are maintained and accurately represent the status of the project lifecycle; working with the Project Managers to correct as necessary.
  • Assist Project Managers with the creation of project invoice charges if applicable during busy periods.
  • Assist Senior peers with continuous improvement initiatives and system new release testing activities.
  • Process project Survey distribution and responses aligned to current internal process.
  • Housekeeping of Project Closure activities following Finance authorization to close is received.
  • Assist the Senior peers with system audits and configuration changes when required.
  • Completion of all mandatory organization training aligned to set timescales.
  • Cover team members tasks as required during holiday periods.
  • Completion of weekly timesheets and team scorecard.
  • Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently
