About The Position

Requirements

  • At least two years of college level computer science or business-related coursework or equivalent technical training certification is required. May substitute with three years' experience in Consumer Information Systems, Computer Systems Support, or related technical processing environment.
  • Minimum one year's experience working in a technical role and/or on projects within cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to perform complicated research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication.
  • Must have valid driver's license without violation, which would prohibit insurability.
  • Must be able to perform all activities listed in the job description with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Occasional lifting, up to 25 pounds, required.
  • Normal vision and hearing required.

Responsibilities

  • Supports in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, quality assurance, and training plans associated with enterprise business functions.
  • Will assist in the facilitation of planning and scoping sessions, testing implementations and software changes, troubleshooting user questions about enterprise applications, and creating documentation outlining process improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into process changes and functional requirements.
  • Coordinates activities and communication between project team members, application vendors and the project management team to have lateral and vertical communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the PMO, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status and escalations as needed in addition to tracking action items.
  • Analyzes various systems and processes; applies appropriate programs and tools to assist in systems integration, automation, or other key technology functions.
  • Monitors and reports on success of implementation once project is completed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise processes and tools by analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting current workflows.
  • Develop process maps and recommend improvements.
  • Performs or assists in subsequent testing, installation, and maintenance of new or modified software systems through upgrades, new implementations, or other process changes.
  • Maintains a record of work and Help Desk activities related to software support and change management.
  • Maintain customer requests for enhancements, bug fixes and software issues with associated enterprise applications.
  • Complete follow up with internal resources to determine customer requests and assist in the close out and cleanup of external tickets.
