Position Overview: PMIC Treatment Technician As a Treatment Technician, you’ll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are: Client-centered Strengths-based Professional and compassionate This role functions as a member of the Inpatient Team providing the supervision and safety of youth and normalcy activities for growth and well-being. You will also be assisting in training and guiding Youth Service Workers while executing shift plans. Requirements

Must be 20 years of age
High School Diploma
At least one year of prior experience working with children in a professional setting
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hire
Certified in MANDT, UKERU, CPR, and First Aid or eligible to become certified within three (3) months of hire
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency

Responsibilities

Delivering direct care services that are client-centered, strengths-based, professional and compassionate
Providing the supervision and safety of youth and normalcy activities for growth and well-being
Assisting in training and guiding Youth Service Workers while executing shift plans
Creating and facilitating Campus Clubs with oversight of programming leadership
