Part Time PM Sante Server
About The Position
To be of service. Sell, deliver and account for products in the dining room in a manner consistent with the SMI standards. These tasks are to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. Set and reset tables correctly within the Santé guidelines Proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests Assist servers in any way with supplies, food, and beverage Maintain extensive knowledge of menu, food preparation Some wine knowledge Expedite clean products to all areas Restock service stations Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service stations Serve from the cheese cart and maintain extensive knowledge of cheeses Other duties as assigned Side work duties Open availability- PM shifts
