About The Position

The PM Runner supports evening hotel operations by maintaining public areas, responding to guest requests, and assisting the housekeeping and laundry teams as needed. This role ensures a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment while delivering prompt and courteous service.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items (linens, supplies) for extended periods
• Dependable and able to work evening (PM) shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and common spaces)
• Conduct routine inspections of public spaces and address cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests (e.g., delivering amenities, linens, towels, or other items)
• Assist in laundry operations during downtime (sorting, washing, drying, folding linens and towels)
• Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and service standards
