Position Overview Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking a PM Prep Cook to support our culinary team in preparing high-quality ingredients and menu components for evening service, banquets, and member dining. This role is essential to ensuring the kitchen is organized, well-stocked, and ready to execute service at the highest level. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working behind the scenes to help the kitchen run smoothly.
