Position Summary: The PM Hotel Operations Manager is a dual-role leadership position responsible for overseeing all evening valet operations while supporting overall hotel operations across all three resort properties. This hands-on role ensures a seamless guest arrival experience, leads the valet team, and serves as the evening operational point of contact to address issues, coordinate departments, and maintain high service standards across the resorts.

  • Knowledge of hotel operations and valet procedures preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous valet or parking operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50–80 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods (8–12 hours).
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motion.
  • Ability to work in outdoor and indoor environments with varying weather, noise, and temperature conditions.
  • Ability to work from 2pm to 11pm

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Valet and Hotel operations during the PM shift, ensuring efficient and organized guest arrivals and departures.
  • Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas, maximizing space utilization and maintaining safe traffic flow.
  • Assist with luggage handling and guest needs during peak periods.
  • Ensure valet stations and parking areas are clean, organized, and operating safely.
  • Oversee valet transactions, ticketing, and record-keeping accuracy.
  • Provide guests with information about resort amenities, events, dining, and local attractions.
  • Supervise, train, and lead the PM valet team, ensuring high performance and exceptional guest service standards.
  • Serve as the evening manager on duty across all three resort properties, responding to operational needs and emergencies.
  • Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally.
  • Support overall hotel operations as needed, including assisting with event flow, guest services, and operational challenges.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards are maintained across all properties during the PM shift.
  • Enforce resort policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
