About The Position

- Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware
- Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping
- Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage
- Perform daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system
- Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as required
