About The Position

Chico Hot Springs is seeking dependable and team-oriented individuals to join our evening dining team in a support role. This position blends responsibilities like bussing, hosting, and bar support in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the heart of our dining operation and learn multiple aspects of restaurant service without being tied to just one role.

Requirements

• Friendly, hardworking, and ready to jump in where needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Dependable and available for evening shifts (typically 3:30–10:30/11:00 PM)

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and with care
• Polish glassware, refill waters, and keep service flowing smoothly
• Occasionally assist with basic bar prep or support
• Help wherever needed to keep the evening running seamlessly
