About The Position
We are currently hiring experienced, dependable candidates for a Full-Time Plumbing Technical Assistant role. This opportunity is designed for individuals with hands-on plumbing experience who are looking to strengthen their skills, earn certification, and grow within a stable, in-demand trade. Training & Certification Opportunities throughout the state of Texas Paid, structured training provided Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training Certification issued after successful completion of the training program Training begins at the end of April 2026 Interviews will be conducted remotely Role Overview Support licensed plumbers with service, installation, and repair work Utilize existing plumbing knowledge while learning advanced methods and systems Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization Follow company procedures, safety standards, and plumbing regulations Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training
- Valid United States driver’s license
- Authorization to work legally in the United States
- Willingness to undergo a background screening
- Willingness to complete a drug test
- Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
